Raportorul Special ONU pentru Drepturile Migrantilor - proceduri de lucru

Raportorul Special pentru Drepturile Migrantilor reprezinta una din numeroasele proceduri tematice speciale stabilite de Consiliul pentru Drepturile Omului. Acesta are in comun cu alte mandate un set de metode de lucru si coduri de conduita. Toate procedurile speciale sunt asistate de Biroul Inaltului Comisar pentru Drepturile Omului ce are sediul central in Geneva, Elvetia.

Mandatul Raportorului Special pentru Drepturile Migrantilor a fost stabilit de catre Comisia pentru Drepturile Omului in 1999 si reinnoit in 2005.
